15-Day Return Policy

At Gutsy Garb, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns must be initiated within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.

Sale items may be subject to specific return restrictions, noted at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Return:

1. Contact us at gutsygarb83@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery to request a return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.

3. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

• Once approved, ship your return to:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Refunds will not include any return shipping costs paid by the customer.

Exchanges: 

• If you’d like to exchange an item, please request a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at gutsygarb83@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, based on your preference and item availability.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.

• Gift cards.

• Underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons, unless defective.
